A Quiet Space to Land

In a world that is constantly asking you to do more, be more, or "fix" what feels broken, it can be incredibly hard to find a place where you are allowed to just…be.

While much of my work is centered in the playroom, I’ve always believed that adults deserve the same kind of gentleness, total acceptance, and freedom that I offer to children. I am opening a few limited spots for adult individual therapy—a space specifically for those looking for a grounded, judgment-free environment to navigate life's transitions, the heavy layers of parenting, or the quiet weight of anxiety and depression.

The Heart of Our Work Together

My approach is non-directive and deeply client-centered. This means I show up with a sincere trust in your own wisdom. I don’t believe in coming to our sessions with a rigid agenda or a checklist of things for you to change. Instead, I offer a safe, warm, and curious space where you are the absolute expert on your own story.

Why Connect with a Child-Centered Specialist?

Working with a therapist who understands the world of play and development brings a unique lens to adult work:

  • The "Inner Child" is Welcome: We all have parts of ourselves that weren't fully heard when we were small. We’ll meet those parts with the same kindness and patience I bring to the playroom.

  • Support for the Caregiver: Parenting can stir up deep, complicated emotions. I offer a space to explore those shifts without any shame, helping you find your footing again.

  • Moving at Your Pace: Healing isn’t a race. Whether we are navigating a big life change or working through long-standing patterns, we move exactly at the speed you need.
