My Approach

I believe deeply in the inherent value of every individual and the incredible potential each child holds. When given the time, space, and freedom to express themselves through play, children can process even the most difficult challenges in a way that is meaningful and lasting. I view my role as a supportive presence—someone who creates a safe, nurturing environment where children feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through Child-Centered Play Therapy, children discover their own inner resources, building self-esteem, emotional regulation, and a broader understanding of the world around them. My hope is that the growth children experience in the playroom extends far beyond it, laying the foundation for lifelong resilience and connection.

Providing a safe space for your child to be creatively themselves.

All of your child’s sessions will take place in a thoughtfully designed playroom, where they are free to explore, express, and grow at their own pace in a space that offers safety, acceptance, and autonomy.

A Space for Growth, at Every Age

I’ve spent years creating safe spaces for children to find their footing, and I am honored to now offer that same sanctuary to adults. I am opening a few Telehealth spots for anyone feeling the weight of big life changes, the burnout of parenting, or the persistent cloud of anxiety and depression.

In-person and remote options

My office is conveniently located in Bend’s mid-town for Play Therapy sessions. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – Parent Consultations and Adult sessions are available via Telehealth.

Meet Your Therapist

“I am so grateful for the child-centered play therapy my son started after his ADHD diagnosis. Before we began, he really struggled with confidence and often felt like he didn’t have a voice. It was hard to watch him hesitate and hold back during day to day tasks. But since starting therapy, the transformation has been incredible!

Now, he shines in ways I never thought possible. He’s started to express himself so clearly and confidently. I love hearing him share his thoughts without hesitation. The best part is watching him play with his sister—he’s much more patient and is able to enjoy their games, even when things don’t go exactly as he imagined.

It’s honestly been amazing to witness his growth. We constantly tell him how proud we are, and I think that encouragement, combined with the therapy, has really helped him come into his own. If you’re considering play therapy for your child, I can’t recommend it enough!”
